ACPI Multiprocessor PC causing BSOD Stop Error

I'm building a system from scratch. I ran TA.exe from a Windows ME boot floppy disc. I also created at XPe image from the Minlogon Sample Macro and ran TAP.exe using a SF card. I created a new .slx imported from the TA results then the imported the TAP results before added a few other components I needed. I have a system working but ran into something...
