This component will set the Password expiration age
of all user accounts to unlimited.
Noramally, when you create a UserAccount, the password will
expire after 42 days.
This component is started through FBA phase 6005 and
is using the net.exe utility (dependency).
You can also extend the batch started (pwunlimit.bat)
with your own installation stuff. (before second boot)
