Trying to use a Compro U2700 TV Tuner with XPe SP2

Just wondering if anyone has been successful in using one of these USB TV cards with XPe. The XPe device I have is a HP T5720 with the standard HP image. I have installed just the standard XP software and driver for the TV tuner. The device is identified in the device manager but is unable to start due to a driver issue. The software does seems to work. I would love to get this going as it would just make my life easier :)

Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello BarneyB,

Can you take a look at the setupapi.log in \Windows to see if there are any errors when you are installing the device? It could be that the necessary class installers or co-installers for the device type aren't present in the image. The setupapi log will clue us in. Post errors back here or if you have any luck let ius know what fixed it.

    HTH,
    Brad
