Hello boys & girls,
Up until XPe SP1 I was able to create XPe Images with basic functionality (ICA client, RDP and perhaps an Office viewer) on 256MB of flash. From the release of SP2 for XPe I kind of stopped working with 256MB. Now I have a customer of ours who's still using 256MB of flash and wants to upgrade his image to SP2 FP2007 but he doesn't want to change to 512MB.
I've been trying to create an image that fits onto a 256MB drive but I'm stuck at 260MB, I would feel comfortable if I would be able to get a ~200MB uncompressed image but I don't seem to be able to do this anymore. At some point I had an image that would have fitted on a 256 drive but I got a bluescreen (I'll post the contents of the message later). I'm using the latest version of the XPe database with FP2007 and without update Rollup 1.0.
Would any of you consider providing me with a .SLX file that fits onto a 256MB drive (without a runtime license of course).
Dennis
